Ticket Validity

• A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the Event. Altering, removing any part of, or copying the ticket may invalidate it.

Programme & Line-up Changes

• The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary the advertised programme, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.
• These changes will not constitute a material change unless they significantly alter the nature of the Event. Such changes may occur due to artist unavailability, safety concerns, instructions from authorities, or other factors beyond the Organiser’s control.
• In such cases, your rights to a refund (where applicable) remain unaffected.

Event Rescheduling, Relocation, or Cancellation

• If the Event is rescheduled or moved, you will be offered the choice to:
• Retain your ticket for the new date/location,
• Exchange your ticket, or
• Request a refund.
• If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to:
• Transfer your ticket to a future event, or
• Receive a refund.
• Please note: Booking Fees and Transaction Fees are non-refundable in any circumstance.

Associated Costs

• The Organiser is not liable for any costs you may incur related to travel, accommodation, or other services if the Event is rescheduled, relocated, changed, or cancelled.

Ticket Resale

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain. If the Organiser believes a ticket has been resold for profit, it may be invalidated, and the holder refused entry.

Admission & Security

• For safety reasons, the Organiser reserves the right to:
• Refuse admission, and
• Conduct security searches at its discretion.

Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death unless:
• It results from the Organiser’s breach of legal duty, and
• The damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of that breach.
• The Organiser accepts no liability for actions by third parties, including performers, exhibitors, or contractors.

Outdoor Events & Weather

• Events scheduled outdoors will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the Event's Safety Officer.
• While efforts will be made to secure a replacement indoor venue if needed, no refunds will be issued due to bad weather if the Event goes ahead.

Personal Property

• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought to the Event.

Media Recording

• Attendees may be photographed, filmed, or sound recorded during the Event for promotional, broadcast, publication, or security purposes by the Organiser or its authorised partners, including sponsors.

Recording Restrictions

• Personal video or sound recording is not permitted in designated theatrical or performance areas unless prior written permission is granted by the Organiser.

Age Restrictions

• Events that involve alcohol or club environments are subject to legal age restrictions.
• Individuals under the legal age will be refused entry and/or not permitted to purchase or sample alcoholic beverages.
• Proof of age may be required. Acceptable forms of ID include government-issued ID cards, passports, or driving licences.

Accessibility

• The Organiser is committed to making the Event accessible to all attendees. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements.

Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta.

• You acknowledge that ShowsHappening is a booking platform and is not authorised to issue refunds unless instructed to do so by the Organiser/Promoter/Venue. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the ticket face value (excluding booking fee or charge). If you opted for a Refundable Booking the terms and conditions found at refundable.me/extended/en shall apply.
• You acknowledge that ShowsHappening provides a payment method where payment is collected on behalf of the Organiser/Promoter/Venue as duly authorised, however your contractual relationship other than for the booking fee and the service we offer shall be with the Organiser/Promoter/Venue. ShowsHappening is not responsible for the organisation or staging of the Event and has no control over the cancellation or rescheduling of or for material changes to any Event.
• ShowsHappening shall provide you with all information and any changes to your ticket as soon as reasonably possible.
• By completing a purchase, you are confirming that you have read any specific terms and conditions which the Organiser/Promoter/Venue has issued with regard to this event.
• All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase. Whilst every effort shall be made mistakes cannot always be rectified. Accordingly, please check your Tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
• ShowsHappening is not responsible for the actions or failures of any Organiser/Promoter/Venue. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property suffered by you or your guests arising out of attendance at an Event, unless caused by our negligence
• In the event of any inconsistency with the terms of the Organiser/Promoter/Venue, those of ShowsHappening shall prevail.
• Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
