Description

30th June-4th July

Contemporary with Jorge Crecis

Preparing Body, Brain and Beyond: Rooted in applied sports science and the latest advances in neurophysiology, Jorge Crecis’ morning class holistically prepares participants—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially—for the demands of the day ahead.

Jorge’s classes will begin with a dynamic sequence to awaken the nervous system and anchor attention in the present moment, continuing through fundamental movement patterns such as gait, jumping, crawling, pushing, and pulling, and eventually evolving into more complex sequences and coordination tasks designed to activate the whole system. This class aims to sharpen awareness and enhance responsiveness. It boosts readiness by tuning both body and mind. More than a physical warm-up, it is a deep internal preparation to meet the day with presence, clarity, and resilience.
