Description

This event will be an al-fresco, all inclusive ( pre ordered drinks), cabaret style seating, facing the breathtaking views of the Valletta Grand Harbour. One will enjoy a lavish evening with 3 exclusive fashion shows of local designers, live music and entertainment. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If a group request to sit together in same section, the purchase of the whole group should be in the same transaction
Seating will be restricted to 6 people per section.If a group, request to sit together in same section, the purchase of the whole group should be made in the same transaction.

Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

Vaccination Certificate should be presented before entrance ( as per DPH restrictions )
If a group, request to sit together in same section, the purchase of the whole group should be made in the same transaction
Due to various Covid Checks before entry, attendees should be at venue latest 45 minutes before show begins.
Attendees must be over 17 yrs of age
Latecomers will not be admitted
Details given at check-out can be passed on to Department for Public Health in case of any emergency related to Covid-19
Ticket holders are advised to check their emails for any instructions related to entrance and exit to venueNo-one is allowed to mingle around
All attendees are required to wear masks at all INSIDE areas
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel,interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions. In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event. It is your responsibility to check your tickets.
