Rockestra 2026: Important Information & Terms and Conditions
Please read the following information carefully before attending Rockestra 2026. By purchasing, holding or using a ticket for the event, patrons are deemed to have accepted the applicable event terms and conditions.
Access and Entrances
Access points will be clearly marked. Please follow the signage directing you to your designated area. Further information regarding access arrangements will also be communicated through our official social media channels on Facebook and Instagram.
A valid Rockestra 2026 ticket must be presented for admission. Removing any part of a ticket, altering, duplicating or copying a ticket may render it invalid. Failure to present a valid ticket will result in admission being refused.
Patrons are encouraged to arrive sufficiently early to allow adequate time for entry and security procedures.
Exits
Exits will be clearly marked. Unless otherwise instructed by ushers, marshals, Security personnel or the relevant authorities, patrons should leave the venue using the designated exit routes.
In an emergency or where required for safety purposes, patrons must follow all instructions given by event personnel, Security, Police or members of the Emergency Services.
Security
Security searches will be carried out at all access points and all patrons may be subject to a search prior to admission.
For the safety and security of all persons attending the event, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue where reasonably considered necessary.
Patrons found in possession of prohibited items may be refused admission. Police and/or Security personnel may confiscate prohibited items where appropriate. The Police will be alerted in cases involving illegal substances, weapons or other illegal items, and persons found in possession of such items may be subject to prosecution.
Patrons undergoing medical treatment and/or requiring medication for a medical condition will be permitted to bring necessary medication into the venue, subject to presentation of appropriate medical certification, prescription or medical card where requested.
CCTV will be in operation throughout the venue for safety and security purposes. Should patrons observe anything suspicious, they are requested to immediately alert a member of Security, the Police or event staff.
Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited within the venue:
- Flammable materials, Knives, blades and pointed objects, Firearms and weapons of any kind, Banners and flags, unless specifically authorised, Drones, Chairs and stools, Tripods and monopods, DSLR/SLR cameras and other professional photographic equipment unless authorised, Laser pointers, Coolers, Food and drinks brought from outside the venue, Glass bottles, Selfie sticks, Liquid containers exceeding 50ml, unless medically required and authorised, Illegal substances, Any other object which Security personnel, Police or the Organiser reasonably consider dangerous, inappropriate or capable of causing injury or disruption.
Admission may be refused to anyone found in possession of prohibited items.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any items abandoned or disposed of prior to security searches and cannot provide storage or safekeeping facilities for personal belongings.
Programme and Event Changes
The Organiser reserves the right, where necessary, to add, withdraw or substitute artists or performers, and/or vary the advertised programme, event times, seating arrangements, audience capacity or other operational arrangements.
Such changes may arise due to instructions issued by competent authorities, the unavailability of an artist or performer, health and safety considerations, production requirements or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.
Where such changes do not constitute a material change to the event, they will not ordinarily give rise to an entitlement to a refund. This does not prejudice any rights which patrons may have under applicable law.
Rescheduling, Relocation or Cancellation
Should Rockestra 2026 be rescheduled or moved to another date or venue, ticket holders will, where applicable, be offered the option to:
- Retain or exchange their ticket for the rescheduled event or new venue; or
- Request a refund in accordance with the applicable ticketing terms.
Should the event be cancelled, ticket holders may be offered the option of transferring their ticket to a future event or receiving a refund of the ticket price.
Any applicable booking fees, transaction fees or similar service charges may be non-refundable, subject to the terms of the relevant ticketing provider and applicable law.
If the event is rescheduled, altered, relocated or cancelled, the Organiser cannot be held responsible for consequential expenses incurred by patrons, including travel, accommodation, transport, meals or any other related goods or services, except where otherwise required by law.
Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold or otherwise transferred for commercial gain.
Where the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe that a ticket has been resold for commercial purposes or through unauthorised channels, the ticket may be invalidated and the holder may be refused admission without compensation, subject to applicable law.
Photography, Filming and Recording
Rockestra 2026 will be filmed, photographed and/or sound recorded throughout.
By entering the event venue, patrons acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video footage or sound recordings made for purposes including broadcast, publication, promotional activity, archival purposes, social media and event security.
Such filming, photography or recording may be undertaken by the Organiser and/or authorised sponsors, media partners, production partners and other persons authorised by the Organiser.
Personal Photography and Recording
Professional video, photography and sound recording within theatrical and performance areas are not permitted unless prior written permission has been obtained from the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to restrict the use of cameras, recording equipment or other devices where their use may interfere with the performance, obstruct other patrons or breach artist, production or broadcasting rights.
Personal Property
Patrons remain responsible for their own belongings at all times.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal property brought into or left at the event, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
A cloakroom facility will not be available.
Liability
The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury howsoever caused unless:
- The relevant party has breached a legal obligation owed to the person concerned; and
- The loss, damage, death or injury is a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach.
For the avoidance of doubt, and subject always to applicable law, the Organiser shall not be responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties, including performers, contractors, exhibitors, suppliers or other persons involved in the event.
Nothing within these terms and conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Weather Conditions
Where any part of the event or any associated activity is scheduled to take place outdoors, such activities may proceed irrespective of weather conditions unless the relevant Safety Officer, Organiser or competent authority determines that it is unsafe to do so.
Where an outdoor element proceeds despite adverse weather conditions, refunds will not ordinarily be issued solely on account of weather conditions.
Where necessary, the Organiser may amend, relocate, postpone or cancel outdoor activities in the interests of public safety.
Car Parks
The Open Air Gym area will be reserved for VIP ticket holders.
VIP ticket holders will be provided with a parking pass and a site map directing them to the designated parking area.
Possession of a parking pass does not exempt patrons from following instructions issued by Police, Transport Malta officials, Security personnel, parking attendants or other authorised personnel.
Road Closures and Traffic Management
Road closures, diversions and traffic management measures may be implemented in the vicinity of the venue.
Relevant authorities may be deployed to assist with vehicular traffic and access arrangements. Patrons are encouraged to allow additional travelling time and to follow all directions provided by the authorities.
Medical Facilities and First Aid
First Aid stations will be established at designated locations throughout the venue and will be clearly marked.
First Aiders and other medical personnel may also patrol different sections of the venue to provide assistance where required.
Anyone feeling unwell or requiring medical assistance should immediately alert an usher, Security Officer, First Aider or member of the Emergency Services.
Restricted Mobility and Special Assistance
Patrons with restricted mobility and/or requiring special assistance are encouraged to contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made, including guidance regarding designated parking and suitable entry points.

Alcohol and Age Restrictions
Alcohol may only be sold, supplied or consumed in accordance with applicable Maltese law and the licensing conditions governing the event.
Persons who have not reached the legally permitted age for the purchase or consumption of alcohol will not be permitted to purchase or be served alcoholic beverages.
Proof of age may be requested by bar staff, Security personnel or other authorised personnel. Service may be refused where satisfactory proof of age cannot be produced.
The Organiser also reserves the right to refuse the sale or supply of alcohol to any person who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour may present a risk to themselves or others.
Strobe Lighting
Rockestra 2026 may include the use of strobe lighting, flashing lights and other theatrical lighting effects.
Such effects may affect individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities. Patrons who may be affected should take this into consideration before attending and, where appropriate, seek medical advice.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom service will not be available.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle service will not be available unless otherwise communicated by the Organiser through its official channels.
Compliance with Instructions
All patrons must comply with reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser, venue management, ushers, marshals, Security personnel, Police, Emergency Services and other authorised officials.
Failure to comply with such instructions, threatening or abusive behaviour, intoxication, disorderly conduct or conduct which may endanger or significantly inconvenience other patrons may result in removal from the venue.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malta.
The Courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Where tickets are purchased through ShowsHappening, the applicable ShowsHappening ticketing terms and conditions shall also apply to the purchase and processing of the ticket.
