1) Tickets & Entry
- A valid ticket is required for entry. Altered, copied, or defaced tickets are invalid.
- A ticket guarantees entry to the venue, not specific seating unless stated.
- Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable break or refused entry at the venue’s discretion without refund.
- Re-admission is not guaranteed.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Tickets suspected of unauthorised resale may be cancelled and the holder refused admission.
2) Audience Interaction (Participation Notice)
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, you acknowledge that this is an interactive live show. You may be spoken to, referenced, reacted to, or otherwise engaged by the performer, and may be invited to take part in light, good-humoured moments (e.g., clapping, cheering, brief call-and-response). Participation is optional; however, remaining in the venue constitutes acceptance that such interaction may occur.
3) Recording, Photography & Content Notice
- This event is being filmed, photographed, and sound-recorded by a third party on behalf of Gwilym Bugeja.
- By entering the venue, you consent to the capture and use of your image, voice, and likeness without compensation, in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, including for streaming platforms, broadcast, exhibition, publicity, advertising, and promotion.
- Recordings may be edited, combined with other content, and released under a different title or show name than advertised at purchase.
- Any audience participation or interaction, voluntary or incidental, may appear in the final materials.
- Personal recording (video/audio) during the performance is not permitted unless expressly authorised by the Organiser.
4) Content Advisory & Age Guidance
The performance may include strong language, adult themes, and playful roasting. Recommended age: [14+] (under-[14]s only with a responsible adult and subject to venue policy).
5) Programme & Line-up Changes
You acknowledge that the Organiser may, where necessary, add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity. Such changes will not be material and may occur due to instructions by authorities, artist's unavailability, or other reasons beyond the Organiser’s control. This does not prejudice any statutory refund rights.
6) Refunds, Exchanges, Rescheduling & Cancellation
- All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- If rescheduled or moved, you may retain/exchange your ticket for the new date/location or request a refund within the stated window.
- If cancelled, you may be offered a transfer to a future event or a refund of the ticket price.
- Booking/transaction fees are not refundable unless required by law.
- The Organiser is not responsible for ancillary costs (e.g., travel, accommodation) arising from changes, rescheduling, or cancellation.
7) Outdoor/Weather Policy
If any part of the event is planned outdoors, it will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. Where possible, a replacement indoor venue will be sought. No refunds are issued for bad weather if the event takes place.
8) Security, Conduct & Safety
- For the safety of all, the Organiser and venue may refuse admission, conduct security searches, and remove any person for disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe behaviour without refund.
- Attendees must follow all directions from venue staff regarding safety and prohibited items.
9) Personal Property
The Organiser and venue do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal property brought to the event.
10) Intellectual Property
