Description

Finally, after a two-year absence, The Dance Workshop is back again with its much-awaited dance performance which showcases the students’ and teachers’ talents and passion for this art form.

The main theme this year is light hearted as we are well aware that we should appreciate what we have and what we enjoy. “My Favourite Things” will be held on the 29th May 2022 at The MCC starting at 6:30pm.

Surely every little girl would love to help a fairy in distress and every adult would love to get lost in a good book. Watching sunrise over the sea must also be a favourite of many. Theresa Lungaro-Mifsud, Principal of The Dance Workshop, mentions how she looks forward to watching the New Year’s Day Concert with all the extended family on the 1st January. The performance will traditionally close with a short extract of Repertoire from the Golden Era - this time “Coppelia”. Sue Vassallo chose Music amongst others and Pamela Kerr explores her love of summer in “It feels like summer”. Sara Accettura works with “Colours” and Douglas Comley will take us back to the 1960’s with “The Beach Boys”. This surely will be a delightful night out for both regular theatre goers as well as children.

No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel,interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
