We are delighted to be able to mark this year's graduation ceremony and welcome all guests on such a memorable day. We are expecting a wonderful turnout for the occasion. This is a time where we can all celebrate and congratulate graduates for their efforts in obtaining their degree.

Ticket sales for LSCM Graduation Ceremony 2023 unfortunately have now finished! The last day of this event was on Monday 11-Dec-2023. Ticket sales ended at Monday 11-Dec-2023 13:30.

Description

1. The Grandmasters Suite, Hilton, Portomaso, Bay, St. Julians, STJ 4012

Doors Opens at 12:30

Please note graduands and guests will need to be seated in the suite at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Guests arriving late may NOT be permitted to enter the venue, so please ensure that your guests arrive in good time.

All mobile phones are to be switched off or to be put on silent during the ceremony. Photography will NOT be allowed during the ceremony as a photographer will be present on the day as mentioned above.

2. Dress Code

The dress code for the event is smart formal dress for both graduands and guests.

3. Cocktail Reception

A reception will take place after the graduation ceremony. Drinks and finger food will be served between 16:00– 17:00 to all graduands and their guests.

4. Transport & Parking

If you are arriving by car, you will be able to make use of the Portomaso Car Park at the flat rate of €2.15.

For public transport kindly ensure you leave sufficient time to travel to the venue by bus.

Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel,interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
