Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

Per accedere a un Evento è necessario esibire un biglietto valido. La rimozione di qualsiasi parte, l'alterazione o la copia del biglietto possono invalidare il biglietto.
L'Organizzatore riconosce che l'Organizzatore può, se necessario, aggiungere, ritirare o sostituire artisti e/o variare i programmi pubblicizzati, gli orari degli eventi, la disposizione dei posti a vedere e la capacità del pubblico. Tali modifiche non devono essere modifiche sostanziali all'evento e devono avvenire a causa di istruzioni delle autorità, dell'indisponibilità degli artisti o per altri motivi al di fuori del controllo dell'Organizzatore. Ciò non pregiudicherà alcun diritto di rimborso.
Se l'evento viene riprogrammato o spostato in un altro dato, l'Organizzatore ti darà la possibilità di trattenere o scambiare i tuoi biglietti per la nuova data/luogo o un rimborso. Se l'evento viene annullato, potrebbe essere offerta la possibilità di trasferire il tuo biglietto per un evento futuro o un rimborso sui tuoi biglietti. Si prega di notare che eventuali Commissioni di prenotazione e/o Commissioni di transazione non sono rimborsabili in queste circostanze.
Se l'Evento viene riprogrammato, modificato, spostato o annullato, l'Organizzatore non può essere ritenuto responsabile per eventuali costi risultanti che potresti sostenere per viaggio, alloggio e altri beni, servizi o compensi correlati.
I biglietti non possono essere rivenduti a scopo di lucro. Se l'Organizzatore ha motivo di ritenere che i biglietti siano stati rivenduti per tali scopi, questi possono essere invalidati e al titolare verrà negato l'ingresso.
Per la sicurezza delle persone presenti all'Evento, l'Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di rifiutare l'ingresso e di effettuare le verifiche di sicurezza che riterrà opportune.
L'Organizzatore non sarà responsabile per eventuali perdite, danni, morte o lesioni in qualsiasi modo causate, a meno che (i) la parte interessata non abbia violato i propri obblighi legali; e (ii) tale perdita o danno è un risultato diretto e ragionevolmente prevedibile della violazione. A scanso di equivoci, l'Organizzatore non sarà responsabile per le azioni di terzi, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, gli espositori o gli artisti.
Se tutto o parte dell'Evento è pianificato per svolgersi all'aperto, si svolgerà indipendentemente dalle condizioni meteorologiche, a meno che non sia ritenuto non sicuro dal responsabile della sicurezza. Anche se verrà fatto ogni tentativo per assicurarsi una sede al coperto sostitutiva, non ci saranno rimborsi per il maltempo se l'evento si svolge.
L'Organizzatore non si assume alcuna responsabilità per eventuali perdite o danni a beni personali portati all'Evento.
I partecipanti possono essere filmati, fotografati o registrati per scopi di trasmissione, pubblicazione o sicurezza durante l'Evento dall'Organizzatore, inclusi sponsor e altri partner autorizzati dall'Organizzatore.
Le registrazioni video e audio non sono consentite nelle aree teatrali e di spettacolo dell'Evento a meno che non venga fornita un'autorizzazione scritta da parte dell'Organizzatore.
Gli eventi che coinvolgono il clubbing ei drink hanno spesso requisiti legali per l'età. A chiunque sia minorenne sarà negato l'ingresso.
In conformità con la legge, i visitatori di età inferiore ai 17 anni non sono autorizzati ad acquistare/degustare bevande alcoliche.
Ai presenti Termini e condizioni si applicherà la legge maltese pertinente ei tribunali di Malta avranno giurisdizione esclusiva in relazione ai Termini e condizioni. Termini e condizioni di ShowsHappening

ShowsHappening Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that ShowsHappening is a booking platform and is not authorised to issue refunds unless instructed to do so by the Organiser/Promoter/Venue. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the ticket face value (excluding booking fee or charge). If you opted for a Refundable Booking the terms and conditions found at refundable.me/extended/en shall apply.
You acknowledge that ShowsHappening provides a payment method where payment is collected on behalf of the Organiser/Promoter/Venue as duly authorised, however your contractual relationship other than for the booking fee and the service we offer shall be with the Organiser/Promoter/Venue. ShowsHappening is not responsible for the organisation or staging of the Event and has no control over the cancellation or rescheduling of or for material changes to any Event.
ShowsHappening shall provide you with all information and any changes to your ticket as soon as reasonably possible.
By completing a purchase, you are confirming that you have read any specific terms and conditions which the Organiser/Promoter/Venue has issued with regard to this event.
All tickets or passes should be checked on purchase. Whilst every effort shall be made mistakes cannot always be rectified. Accordingly, please check your Tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
ShowsHappening is not responsible for the actions or failures of any Organiser/Promoter/Venue. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property suffered by you or your guests arising out of attendance at an Event, unless caused by our negligence
In the event of any inconsistency with the terms of the Organiser/Promoter/Venue, those of ShowsHappening shall prevail.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
