Originally founded in 1916 by Mro. Giuseppe Stivala, a Maltese renowned composer, and named Circolo la Vittoria, but it was only in 1989 that wind band was founded and today it has more than 35 musicians and around 40 further students to complement the band. The band played in many prestigious locations, like the Manoel Theatre, Valletta Waterfront, and also performed in Rome & Prague.
