The programme for the evening features a bonanza of works by Maltese composers including Antonio Nani's Overture in E minor, Carmelo Pace's Suite Melitensis, Charles Camilleri's Knights of Malta Suite and Joseph Vella's iconic Rebbieha with its lively folk-inspired melodies and rhythmic energy.

Complementing this midsummer eve, Grieg's timeless Peer Gynt Suite transports the audience to the mystical world of Henrik Ibsen's play – brought to life through music.
