Only equipment that has been registered on the entry form (Kart and engine(s)) are allowed to be used.

Should a competitor need to alter the registration details of pre registered equipment (chassis or

engine(s)), this can only be done PRIOR to the start of the event.

Drivers / competitors may only use chassis / engines which appear in their

entry form.
Items registered with other competitors may NOT be interchanged.

Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

I,agree to participate or allow my son / daughter to participate in the event organised by Island Karting Club (IKC) & Karting Club Malta (KCM) subject to the rules, regulations and National Championship regulations, terms and conditions of IKC & KCM as may be issued from time to time , which I declare to have understood. In particular I declare and warrant:
That I / my son / my daughter am of sound mind
That I / my son / my daughter do / does not suffer from any illness or impairment which can effect my/ his / her ability or limit my /his/ her ability to drive a go kart.
That I am fully aware of the risks to property and to persons including bodily harm, injury or death which my / his / her competing in the event may give rise to both to myself /his/ her as well as to third parties.
That I am fully aware that IKC & KCM is the organiser of the event and that it declines any responsibility to participants, spectators, sponsors, race officials or contractors.
In consideration of IKC & KCM’s acceptance of my / my son’s / my daughter’s application to participate in the event and of my, my son or my daughter being permitted to participate in the event, I am hereby holding IKC & KCM as well as its committees, officers, race officials, members, contractors, and any other persons, bodies or representative as appointed by the same IKC & KCM in connection with this event, harmless against any claims, costs, actions arising from any act or omission which may result in damage to property, personal injury or death to the property or person of any third party or myself / my son/ my daughter or my mechanic(s) or associated personnel. I also undertake to indemnify IKC & KCM as well as its committee, officers, race officials, members, contractors and any other person, bodies or representatives as appointed by the same IKC & KCM in connection with the event, against all losses, claims and actions which may be taken against all or any of them arising out of an act of omission of myself, my son or daughter, my mechanic(s) or associated personnel which may result in damage to property, personal injury or death to the property or person of any of them or any third party.
It is expressly stated that this indemnity form and its contents are not applicable to the insurance company which insures the event.
I declare that I understand and am fully conversant with the English language or have received from my own sources an accurate translation to the Maltese language or a language of my choice, of the terms and conditions of this entry form and indemnity form, in acceptance of the terms, warranties and declarations above.
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel,interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets.
