The event is aimed at promoting philanthropic and corporate social responsibility activities among individuals, families and companies. 6 social initiatives will pitch for the opportunity to be awarded financial and non-financial support.

The Malta Social Impact Awards is an initiative that aims to create opportunities for changemakers, while inspiring others to give and to give well. By bringing business and philanthropy together, MSIA supports local initiatives that have a positive social impact on Malta and helps social purpose organisations grow into stronger entities.

MSIA was founded by Inspirasia Foundation and The Gasan Foundation in 2016 and today is being organised by the Academy of Givers; a platform bringing together like-minded people to inspire and be inspired with the aim to improve philanthropic and corporate social responsibility efforts.

Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

No refund on tickets will be made unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute finalists and/or vary programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets.
100% of the ticket goes to the Audience Participation Award which will go to a winning project chosen by the audience on the evening.
In the case that the full amount requested is not achieved by the Audience Participation Award, the winning project can request to have the funds allocated to their organisation under the approval of the Malta Social Impact Awards Committee.
Any further donations to a Finalist, winning project or Malta Social Impact Awards can be made on the evening.
Dietary requirements will be requested by all guests prior to the event.
