Earth Garden Festival will return this June to Ta' Qali, the Picnic Area, after two pandemic-related breaks. In its 15-year anniversary, the festival continues to offer festival goers a fusion of world music that spans multiple genres and incorporates the most unlikely performers. There is a wide range of music this year, from ska to blues, reggae, alternative rock, world music, psychedelic trance, techno, acid, house, gypsy, and more - as well as an excellent jamming area that is always the scene of some surprising improvising sessions.

Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check the tickets.
Neither the Promoters nor ShowsHappening will be responsible for any damages, loss or injuries incurred at the Event, including loss or damage to property, however caused.
Unauthorised photography, video, audio recording and transmission of any Event, the performers and the performances is strictly prohibited.
By purchasing a ticket you will be deemed to have consented to being photographed, filmed and recorded. Your image may be used by the promoters in any materials relating to the Event and any future promotions. You will not be entitled to any compensation for this.
Late-comers may be refused admission or asked to wait and enter in appropriate moments to avoid causing disruption. No refund/exchange will be offered in such instances.
Protocols will be adopted to adhere with Standards for safer organised controlled events taking place in an enclosed area.
The first scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be allowed entry and given a wristband; any subsequent ticket with the same barcode will be denied access. Wear your wristband at all times and do not buy tickets from 3rd party sources as the organiser cannot ensure these tickets are genuine. Invalid or duplicate barcodes will not be allowed entry into the festival site. Your ticket is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable or refundable. Once the venue gate opens, the event on that particular date, shall be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety and not subject to any refunds.In the case of cancellation of the entire event, the organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion elect to either; (a) issue you a full or partial refund or (b) postpone the event for a future date. At all times prior to the event, Issuer reserves all rights to cancel or postpone the event or to change the venue,artist lineup times, and dates of the event, or other event details without prior notice. The organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organiser will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties. As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded. All captured images/videos can be used by the organiser for commercial and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to or additional consent by the attendee. The organiser maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal or illicit drug use at the event and reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. Alcohol will only be served to people aged 17+ as per the Maltese law. Identification might be requested by the bar staff when purchasing alcoholic beverages. CAMPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The camping ticket allows access for one person to the camp site & the rest of the festival for 3 days from Friday 3 June 13.00 until Monday 6th June 09.00.
Upon entry Camping tickets are exchanged for non-transferable wristbands which must be worn at all times.
To get the ticket scanned, you must arrive at the festival on the following days and times: Friday 13.00–23.30, Saturday & Sunday 09.00 onwards. Once you have a wristband you can access the campsite during all the weekend.
Camping tickets are not transferable.
The camping ticket doesn’t include a pre-pitched tent.
Pre-pitched tents’ tickets must be purchased in addition to this ticket.
The size of your tent must reflect the number of tickets purchased.
Open fires are not permitted – no gas cookers, not even candles!
Camping Marshalls will be available for any questions you might have, or to help you with other needs.
The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury or damages.
As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded. All captured images/videos can be used by the organiser for commercial and promotional purposes without compensation or notification to or additional consent by the attendee.
