YOUNG CLASSICAL STARS WITH MALTA YOUTH ORCHESTRA

Malta International Music Festival gives a deserved showcase to Malta’s young talents at an Orchestral Concert dedicated to upcoming Young Classical Stars with the Malta Youth Orchestra. Flutist Clara Galea will perform Cécile Chaminade’s Concertino for Flute and Orchestra, while Desirée Quintano will feature as soloist in Edouard Lalo’s cello concerto.British conductor Peter Stark will showcase the Malta Youth Orchestra’s talents in a suitinggrand finale – Richard Wagner’s Meistersinger Overture - to end a very enjoyable evening at the Mediterranean Conference Centre - Valletta.
