Given the regulatory climate around Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and safe betting procedures, it came as no surprise when the UK Gambling Commission slapped well-known gaming operators with large fines throughout 2017 and 2018 in relation to responsible gaming matters. The Malta Gaming Authority too, promotes the inclusion of necessary tools and procedures for responsible gaming. Each of the fines were handed down as a result of the operators’ failing to install safety measures in support of responsible gaming and preventing the use of illicit funds on their platforms. Responsible gaming and compliance have become the heart of a gaming operator’s reputation. With properly setup responsible gaming procedures and tools, gaming operators can guarantee that their offerings uphold high standards, to ensure a fair and safe gaming experience that will protect minors and vulnerable persons from any adverse consequences of gaming.

The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel,interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
