TRANSPORT

Malta International Airport is about 6.5 miles from Paceville, the Islands’ party mecca. You can either take a bus, which will take about an hour, or you can spend €15 to €25 on a taxi for a 20 minute trip – whichever is best for you! Download the local public transport app, Tallinja, for all the info you might need about public transport routes. Some popular private transfer/taxi apps are Uber, Bolt, and eCabs!

SUN AND SEA

One of the perks of island life is the stunning sea views that come with it! With so many beaches dotted around the island, we know it can be hard to choose where to go. If you’re a sandy beach lover, we recommend the Mellieħa Bay, Golden Bay, Għajn Tuffieħa, Ġnejna Bay, Paradise Bay, Armier Bay and Little Armier. If you’re into snorkelling, you definitely need to check out Blue Lagoon, Ta’ Fra Ben, St Peter’s Pool, Imġiebaħ Bay, and Paradise Bay.

CLUBBING

We’ve already went into detail on some of Malta’s Top Party Venues, you should definitely check that out for an in-depth look at the most popular clubbing venues on the islands of Malta and Gozo! Most of the action happens in Paceville, known for being the party mecca that has something for all types of party-goers. The streets are lined with countless bars, night clubs, and gentlemen’s clubs.

One of the most renowned clubs here is Havana. You simply must go if you’re into hip-hop and RnB! Another solid favourite is Toyroom 🧸 Like Havana, Toy Room is popular among hip-hop, R&B, and reggaeton lovers. Make sure to snap a picture with Frank while you’re there, the naughty life-sized teddy.
