Description

Kindly meet us at our meeting spot in Triq Għajn Tuffieħa, near Coffee Circus. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance start time, so that we can lead you to the space in good time. Il-Vjaġġ tar-Raġġ is a site-specific visual performance for children and their adults, set outdoors and with non-verbal narrative.

This is the story of the ray of light who escaped from the sun. Far away from home, she discovers a magical new world tucked away among the trees, and encounters some of the creatures who inhabit it.

Il-Vjaġġ tar-Raġġ is a site-specific visual performance for children and their adults, set outdoors and with non-verbal narrative.

Kindly meet us at our meeting spot in Triq Għajn Tuffieħa, near Coffee Circus, and one of our lovely ushers will guide you to our secret location. Please arrive before 3.45PM, so that we can lead you to the space in good time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept latecomers to this event.

We encourage you to bring cushions and rugs along to make yourself comfortable for the performance. Kindly note that the journey entails a short walk (not ideal for buggies), and that the audience will be seated on the ground.

Performed by Zoe Camilleri and Jacob Piccinino, with props and puppet by Matthew Pandolfino, created and directed by Abigail Agius.

Produced by Teatru Salesjan with the generous support of the ADRC Trust, the BOV Joseph Calleja Foundation, and Arts Council Malta.

Kindly note that the performance duration is 40 minutes, and that a photographer will be present on Tuesday 19th April, 2022.

In the case of cancellation due to unfavourable weather conditions, performances will be postponed to an alternate weekday, or the following weekend.
